Northern Ireland fans have raised £4,000 for the families of two fellow supporters who tragically died in France last month.
Ballymena man Darren Rodgers died in a tragic fall in Nice on June 13, just hours after watching his team play Poland while three days later, fellow fan Robert 'Archie' Rainey, 64, from Belfast, passed away suddenly during Northern Ireland's famous 2-0 victory over Ukraine in Lyon.
George King, a fellow fan from Belfast, set about collecting money from the Green and White Army and locals in street collections in France, with all proceeds to go to the two families.
"I can't thank people enough for their donations the generosity and kind words of support it has completely blown me away," George told Belfast Live.
"Each family will get £2,000 and I am making arrangements with both families at the moment to hand over monies raised.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of the gawa family who donated. Without your donations and support this would not have been possible, so again thank you."
Also, Northern Ireland's homecoming parade in Belfast last month raised £10,800 for the Cancer Fund for Children. Well done to all involved!
