Irish League leaders Crusaders have allowed Carrick Rangers to play their next three home fixtures at Seaview, to allow resurfacing work to continue on Carrick's pitch at the Belfast Loughshore Arena.

The move comes after Carrick's Irish Cup clash with Crumlin Star was postponed at the weekend - the ninth fixture to fall victim to the weather at the ground, traditionally known as Taylor's Avenue, this campaign.

Carrick Rangers will now host Dungannon Swifts on Thursday night, as the Crues host Glenavon on Friday, before the rearranged Irish Cup game against amateur Crumlin Star (Monday 15th) and league clash with Warrenpoint Town (Saturday 19th).

The Amber Army played their home games at Seaview for their previous campaign in the top flight back in 2011/12.
